If you live in Austin, TX, check out the sky right now.  It's like Neapolitan ice cream.  Ten minutes ago, it was all French Vanilla with a rainbow.

The water in the air acts as a prism, capturing the light from the setting sun and reflecting it towards Austin, even after the sun had apparently set on the city. Hence the weird orange glow.

Oh my God, wasn't it beautiful!??

Rainbow to our left,...double rainbow.

Dark grey with a completely blue section in front of us,...

And an eerie yellow, grey, green to our right.

Breath-taking.

A good reason to live in Austin. I get tired of H-town's weird purple sky. Soon you will be mine Austin... oh yes, soon. Soon...

I feel like having an evil laugh here, but it's just too easy. And I don't feel anything about this is evil, I just want to fast forward to a time where I'm not having to deal with my current situation. I realize that when I move to Austin, I'll have some old problems still and some entirely new problems to deal with, but the environment at least will be better for me. Healthier, more creative.

And judging from the sky - prettier. Thanks for sharing, though I can't see it myself.
