music: TMBG - She Was a Hotel Detective (falsetto version)

"Suppose I wanted to have a party?" I said.

"Like, what kind of a party?"

"Suppose I wanted Noam Chomsky explained to me by two girls?"

I am soooo there.

Insomnia drove me randomly to OK cupid, you were one of my matches, which led me to your LJ, of which I have one too, as you can see.. ANyway, this comment is because I havent heard the falsetto version of that TMBG song, just wondering what it is on or where you got it. Thanks!

It's a track from the Back to Skull EP in 1994. It is a sequel to (She Was a) Hotel Detective. Same name but without the parentheses. See here and here.

According to this discography I should have called it She Was a Hotel Detective (1994 Version), although it's worth noting in passing that Amazon.com gets this detail completely wrong.

Even easier -- it sounds like this.
