Here's an exercise for today.
Say these words:
"I love you. It's going to be okay. I'm going to take care of it."
Hear it, as it is being said, and receive it as information from a trusted source. Say it, as something of great importance and truth. Try it again, more slowly, and attend to it. You might need to say it out loud to really get it across.

Now, think about what that means.
Think about what your day will be like because this is true.
I may be preaching to the choir here, but even if you already knew that you knew this -- it's still good to be reminded.
