I don't have words. Really. What am I supposed to do with a LiveJournal?

First you must let it come up to room temperature.

Then you sautee it over medium heat in olive oil, cook until tender, remove from heat and deglaze the pan with red wine, thicken with a touch of dark roux, and season with oregano and black pepper.
