music: Cocteau Twins - Heaven or Las Vegas

I loved it when a wacky group of (non-)protesters marched around the Man, at Burning Man, demanding:

"What do we want? When do we want it? What do we want? When do we want it?!" They carried signs that said things like "Protest!" and "Unfair!" and " ? "

As with many a great work of art, there was no explanation.

I still have the chant from last year's Flipside stuck in my head:

Rape, kill, pillage and burn,
We're gonna rape, kill, pillage and burn!
[Eat the babies!]

... and I still remember running around the burning metal arch yelling "Man In Can! Man In Can! Flaming Can of Man!"

Cocteau Twins - Heaven or Las Vegas

Just reading those words makes me feel like magic and sex. :) Thank you for listening to good music.

Wow. I'll do my best to continue to provide such a multifarious public service. ;)
