This is the clock I have on my wall. It was a gift from unatone. I love it for what it does to people.

an otherwise-normal analog wall clock with the numbers arranged randomly

No, but I want one of those, too.

The clock mechanism in this one proceeds normally. Ooo, I could simulate one with a stop-motion camera and a cron job that changes the image. NO. Absolutely not.

It didn't occur to me until after I posted it that the _picture_ of the clock also showed... a time. :)
