I found myself in this space this year at Burning Man... everyone asks,
"how are you?" and when your broken heart is so raw and immediate, you
can't help but answer with the painful truth.

Those links were almost visible. Strangers would hug me, or offer some
of the sagest advice I've ever heard; the Universe speaking through
whatever souls were nearest.

It sums up exactly how I've been feeling for the past several weeks.

Must be something in the air. I tell myself that billions of people have loved, lost and survived, but I still find every day a new challenge. This past week I've been kicking ass and getting happy, then this morning I woke up and was rendered immobile with depression. I am being kicked out of my home so another can live here - I just try not to think about it.

What is my catharsis? Just knowing other people - it keeps me feeling human and unashamed that I have emotions, wants and needs.

Hugs to everyone!! Take one and store it up because you might not need one today or even tomorrow, but maybe next week....
