GSM Palm Centro smartphone

Until now, the Palm Centro has only been available with CDMA technology from Sprint. (I HAS HAD WAN 4 WHILE NAO AN IT GUD.)

Palm UK today announced the GSM Centro release in Europe on February 14th.

Palm says to expect the Centro smartphone rolled out on a second carrier in the USA prior to the end of February.
There are rumors that that would be AT&T.

I know you have that PalmOS fetish and all, but don't tell me that you aren't interested in a swivelly slab of linux phone...

And TMO even has the more lenient data policies...

Yes, I've been admiring the G1 from afar. The new Nokia N810 WiMax edition that Sprint just came out with is another candidate.

I think the fine print comes out the same on data -- and with most all the companies, you can do whatever you want unless they single you out as using "too much".
